Bradshaw Performing Arts Center (BPAC)

Dedicated in 2019, Bradshaw Performing Arts Center (BPAC) is the Sandhills region's newest, most modern, and best-equipped entertainment and event complex. Comprised of five venues (three indoor, two outdoor), thousands of visitors from the Sandhills and beyond flock to BPAC for music, theatre, dance, and comedy performances; lectures; and visual arts exhibits.

Our Partners

The Bradshaw Performing Arts Center family includes a select number of Partners. Though each of these Partner organizations functions as its own not-for-profit organization, granting an organization Partner status creates the most favorable conditions for these professional organizations to continue to present their high-quality work with BPAC as an artistic home base. These long-term collaborations with top-level, locally-based arts organizations extend the college’s roots in the Sandhills community and allow BPAC to continue to present the best work across all the performing arts disciplines. Partner status is reviewed annually.

OUR
VISION

The Bradshaw Performing Arts Center will provide our students, our faculty, and our community with a landscape of state of the art theatrical spaces that will enhance the educational experience and attract world-class talent to inspire and transform our audiences.

A Legacy of Leadership

Stan and Jean Bradshaw are community leaders and visionaries whose philanthropy has impacted the performing arts for many years.  They came to the Sandhills from St. Louis in 1998, bringing with them their wonderful daughters, a strong sense of community purpose, and the solid Midwestern values they learned in their native Indiana. Those values have led them to success in business and to a commitment to make their community—and indeed the world—a better place.

Stan and Jean are great believers in the empowering value of education and are great friends of Sandhills Community College. Their generosity has enabled the college to create a facility that will celebrate the performing arts and make the Sandhills an even more vibrant place to live, work, and grow.

The Bradshaw Performing Arts Center recognizes and thanks the Bradshaws for their belief in Sandhills Community College and their unwavering support of education—both on this campus and across the street at their beloved O’Neal School. BPAC was dedicated on November 5, 2019.
